The Need

Thunderbird Entertainment Group is a content creation studio focused on creating premium, award-winning content. Its vision is to produce high-quality, socially responsible content that makes the world a better place. With a Forward Thinking, Future Focused expansion strategy, Thunderbird is investing in the future to meet their vision of being a purpose-led, people-first and net-positive company. They brought on LittPark to outline this evolution in a multi-year ESG roadmap, reflecting the unique opportunities within their business.

 

The Outcome

To meet the increased maturity of ESG, Thunderbird required a comprehensive review of its existing business practices and a step-by-step process to deepen the capacity for ESG in its business functions and management practices. After completing a diagnostic on ESG with a sector benchmarking and the organization’s first materiality assessment, a framework was created detailing the ESG program areas for implementation. Demonstrating a year-over-year value proposition through the newly designed practices and programs outlined in the Roadmap, the cross-functional teams could endorse these activities with stakeholders, shareholders and future business partners.
